Infringement Complaint

In the event that any company or individual believes that Chinesebon infringes on its intellectual property rights or relevant right or interest, it may claim its rights in writing to Chinesebon at any time with its identification document, ownership document, and proof of infringement. Chinesebon will take such actions as removing relevant contents from its webpages, blocking or disabling the relevant links that are required by relevant laws upon the receipt of the complaint and the supporting documents. The detailed procedures are as follows:

1.Notification of Claimed Infringement

1)A Notice of Claimed Infringement should contain the following information:
a.Owner’s proof of copyright ownership;
b.Description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
c.Indicate the location of the infringement on Chinesebon, including the URL and specific place within the said web page;
d.The claims of the infringement.
2) Please provide the copyright owner’s contact information. If the copyright owner is an individual, please provide his or her name, a photocopy of ID card or passport, telephone number, mailing address, and postal code. If the copyright owner is a company, please provide a photocopy of the company’s business license with its corporate seal on it, its contact person, telephone number, mailing address, and postal code.
Please be aware that if it is found the Notification of Claimed Infringement misrepresents facts on infringement or copyright ownership, then the one submitting the Notification of Claimed Infringement shall assume all liabilities arising from the misrepresentation.

2.Counter Notification

In the event that after Chinesebon removes the allegedly infringing contents from its website or disables relevant links, the content provider may file a counter notification claiming that the original content does not constitute an infringement of copyright. Chinesebon may then revert to its previous status upon the receipt of such a notification, and the one who submitted the Notification of Claimed Infringement does not have the right to require, for the second time, that Chinesebon shall remove the contents or block, disable relevant links.

1) A Counter Notification shall contain the following information:
a.Content provider’s proof of copyright ownership;
b.Description of why it does not constitute an infringement of copyright;
c.Indentifying which contents should be recovered, how to recover, and the location of the web page.
2) Please provide the contact information of the notification writer. If it is an individual, please provide his or her name, a photocopy of ID card or passport, telephone number, mailing address, and postal code. If it is a company, please provide a photocopy of the company’s business license with its corporate seal on it, its contact person, telephone number, mailing address, and postal code.

Please be aware that if it is found the Counter Notification misrepresents facts on copyright ownership, then the one who files the Notification shall assume all liabilities arising from the misrepresentation.
